Branding Session with Appointed Designs

Sharon is the calligrapher, painter, graphic designer and all-around creative mind behind Appointed Designs. She also happens to be my friend and one of the most talented girl bosses I know!! I was so excited when she asked me to do a Branding Session for her!

Sharon wanted a variety of photos that reflected her fun and bold personality. She wanted photos that she could use over the course of the year to infuse her personality on her social media and to give the perfect finish to her brand new website!

I met Sharon for her Branding Session at her home in Coventry. I took a variety of behind the scenes photos of her working in her office and painting with watercolors- one of her many areas of expertise! We included coffee photos, comfy and laid back photos of her in her office and living room and photos of her writing on her iPad to showcase her digital design. We then finished the shoot with some photos outdoors in the park near her house!

I wanted to show her personality through the photos as best I could so we drank lots of coffee, made jokes and had plenty of laughs! Who says “business headshots” have to be so professional and standoffish!
