Our weekends in 2018 were full of little adventures. From traveling down to Durdle Door in Dorset for a couple’s adventure session to Petersfield and Frome for weddings to Conwy, Wales for a family photo shoot, to the Lake District for a styled shoot and Middelburg, Netherlands for a destination wedding. It’s about time I share a few photos from our travels!!
On route to the Netherlands destination wedding, we stopped off in Bruges, Belgium. It still amazes me that living in Europe means you can literally drive from your house and through 4 COUNTRIES in less than two days. We first stopped in London to pick up a friend and then made our way to Calais, France and got a cheap and cheerful Ibis hotel for the night. In the morning we grabbed a quick breakfast of coffee and crepes (obviously!) and then carried on through France, stopping in Bruges for waffles and
I don’t like to be behind my camera too much while traveling because to really relax and switch off, for me, means putting down my workhorse. BUT, of course, I couldn’t pass up these beautiful old town streets of Bruges and persuading my friends to stand in as models for me. ;) Enjoy a few pics below. More mini adventures to come!
Getting married in Bruges? My passport is always up to date! So wherever you’re planning your dream wedding, send me a message and tell me all about it! :)
