I love small worlds! Hannah and David booked me as their wedding photographer after seeing me photograph their friend’s wedding last year at Trinity Cheltenham church in Gloucester. Trinity church happens to be where Hannah and David first met and where they are planning to get married in April next year! Hannah’s sister also happens to be best friends with a sister of a bride whose wedding I photographed in October- also in Gloucestershire. I love all these little interconnections and feel I should maybe buy a flat in Gloucester considering how much I travel there for weddings and engagements! Haha!
Hannah and David invited me down to Westonbirt Arboretum for their engagement shoot this autumn. They told me it was beautiful and famously known for its firey-red Japanese Maple Trees and they weren’t wrong! There’s actually a designated walk this time of year so you can see all the bright autumnal colors the arboretum has to offer. And I must say… it is STUNNING. Never before have I seen such vibrant fall colors!
I loved meeting this couple and hearing more about their wedding plans at Trinity and The Barn at Upcote. Enjoy a few of my favorite photos from their engagement shoot below and let the countdown to the wedding day begin…!
